HLI TREE CARE Scheduled Tree Trimming Service, Does not Show Up Chino, California
Bad experience with his company. Scheduled HLI to trim a tree in our backyard, confirmed date and time when the trimming would be done. Day the service was supposed to be completed, called the company, only then they told us that they had another job and could not do it that day. This company puts business customers before residential clients and has no business ethics. Small clients like us are pushed aside for larger customers even when service date was confirmed with them. DON'T USE THEM, FIND A RELIABLE COMPANY THAT COMPLETES IT COMMITMENTS.
