HM Michael And Associates - John Essels Did not return our deposit of $1700 after cancelling our condo rental at the last minute ripoff Miami Florida
John Essels of HM Mishael and Associates promised to rent us a luxury condo in Miami at 90 Alton Road on March 21 until March 24. We signed a rental agreement. Two days before our arrival, he cancelled due to an "electrical fuse blown" that would make the condo uninhabitable. Over a month has passed and he has not returned our $1700 deposit. We are not the only people on this web site who have been ripped off by HM Michael and Associates for the rental of 90 Alton Road so beware!
