Complaint Review: HMS home warrenty

1. We purchused a house at the above address. The house is approximately 8 years old and is in great condition.



2. we moved into the house on May 6th of this year and at that time and up to the last week of June the air conditioning unit was working properly.



3. We had a home inspection done on March 19th of this year and detail analysis of the air conditioning unit. This report indicates that the cooling system is in perfect condition.



4. We have had numerous people visiting us at this house that can testify that the air conditioning unit was working good in May and most of June.



5. A HMS Policy was taken out at the recommendation of our realty executives realtor who also visited the house numerous times.

After the air conmditioning unit was broaken HMS insisted that the home warranty does not cover this repair becuaes of pre-existant condition. This is contrary to the contract and advertisements.
