HMS Homesure Services Pass the buck and take your bucks Ft. Lauderdale Florida
I wish I had researched HMS on rip-off.com before re-newing my contract with them. Had them for 2 years but never used the service until recently when my refrigerator went out.
HMS sent a sub-contractor to check the fridg, and get the $100.00 deductible. After more than a week, I can't get any response from the company who supposedly "will order the part."
Calls to HMS always result in "we're waiting on pricing from "XYZ company."
I think "XYZ" and HMS are in cahoots: they have the $100 plus my re-newal amount, and all I have is a hot refrigerator.
I'm writing to my local newspaper's consumer service to get some kind of results. In the meantime, I guess I'll have to pay a reliable repair service another fee!

I have had HMS for 8 years now and have never had a problem. Perhaps you should ask for a supervisor.
