numerous unauthorized charges after ordering a 4.95 promo item .....

I ordered a sample of a diet aid called Apple Cider Vinegar as a promotional item in which I had to only pay shipping and handling of $4.95. The item was manufactured by Millineum Natural Health Products, Inc., Miami, Florida, 33178, 1-866-286-2250. If I liked the product they would ship me a full order for $29.95.

Well suddenly, a charge of $61.02 appeared on my checking account - unauthorized to Voiptalk. I called their 800 # and their representatives said they would reverse the charge but it would take up to 15 days. When I asked for their mailing address they said it was not company policy to give it over the phone. When I asked for the name of the company they said they billed for several companies and I would have to tell them the name of the Company I was calling about. They said any requests I had could be made via fax at 1-800-446-4191 or 800-307-7969. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and there was not one available, only voice mail.

I also recieved an email from Fitness Heaven saying that at the end of the month my card would be charged $40.00 dollars for my three month membership, which I had also not authorized. They said this was connected to my recent online order. Scam, Scam, Scam. Oh yes, to top it all off their charge threw my account into a negative balance and caused me a $29.00 fee. Needless to say I was furious!
