HND Technologies Pvt Ltd aka Ajay Yadav Theft of Product/services , Failure to pay, Failure to respond Woodside New York
HND Technologies has been placed for Immediate collections/litigation with my firm, case #168.163, for the amount of 1029.23, for Serevice provided by My client.
Ajay has promised to pay on a weeklyu basdis, but lies every single time he says he is going to pay, no money is received. Thereofre I am now forming a creditors committee against this company. If you are also owed money call Asset Collectiuons Inc, Portland OR www.aci-collect.com
I have offered this guy to set up payments plan, asked for credit card, chk by phone, anything,,,, he refuses to respond, and when he does respond,m he is full of lies and deciet. He has stiolen my clients services, and ripped them off. If Ajay pays this off or sets up a payment plan, I'll notate the acct accordingly, but as of right now, NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN PMADE and they are in hard core collections/investigations right now.
