HOBBIES DISCOUNT AFTER 82 DAYS, NO PRODUCT. EMAILED TODAY IN RESPONSE TO THEIR "ORDER UPDATE" SAYING ORDER HAS BEEN HELD UP IN CUSTOMS. NONE AVAILABLE Internet

I placed an order with Hobbies Discount, via the internet, on November 16, 2016.  I have received two email "Order Update"[s] to alert me of a delay.  The latest 'update' at the end of January stated my order has been held up in customs.  I have replied to that email as of today and will wait for a response.  I have demanded a full refund and a response.  Not only did I miss giving this to my grandson for Christmas, but I will now miss giving it to him for his birthday, February 13, 2017.  I am FURIOUS.
