Complaint Review: Hobbies Discount. Chris Oliver

 I was ripped off for$39.99 for a remote fish I ordered through a Facebook link on 11/27/2016. I contacted the vendor several times via email and got reassurance it had been sent. It was never received and a postal confirmation was never given. Correspondence below . Last is first. This is absurd. I ordered this as a Christmas gift on November 27th, which had to be replaced with something else because you did not fulfill your promise to deliver. I would like a full refund. Companies like yours should not be allowed to do what you're doing. Im all for making money and sales and I'm going to guess you used Facebook and other sites to sell mass amounts of product so you could order and drop ship in volume.

Which I'm sure was quite beneficial to you. This would be fine if you could back up your delivery dates. However that is something you were unable to do. I think I have been patient enough.
