Complaint Review: HOBBIES DISCOUNT

HOBBIES DISCOUNT -CHRIS OLIVER I ORDERED 1 REMOTE SWIMMER FOR 39.95 AND INADVERTENTLY ORDERED ANOTHER. REALIZING MY ERROR, I EMAILED, AS THIS IS THE ONLY METHOD OF CONTACT, TO TELL THEM OF THE ERROR AND TO CANCEL THE SECOND ORDER. THEY BILLED ME FOR 2 AND HAVE NEVER RESPONDED TO MY COMMUNIQE.THIS PURCHASE WAS ON 12/15 AND AS OF TODAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT. ONTARIO, QUEBEC CANADA Internet

*I REQUESTED A TRACKING NUMBER BUT THEY HAVE REFUSED TO SEND ME THAT EVEN THOUGH CHRIS OLIVER STATED IN AN EMAIL THAT ONE WOULD BE FORTHCOMING. I HAVE REPEADITLY SENT EMAILS AND FACEBOOK MESSAGES . THE ONLY RESPONSE I HAVE RECEIVED IS A "CANNED" REPLAY TO BE PATIENCE AND THAT IT WOULD BE ANOTHER 2-3 WEEKS. MY BANK IS DOING AN INVESTIGATION BASED ON THIS BEING A FRAUDULANT ACTIVITY, THIS IS A HORRIBLE, DECEITFUL COMPANY THAT FEELS THEY CAN TAKE MONEY AND NOT DELIVER THE PRODUCT. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AND THE COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN AND ITS OWNER[S] BE MADE TO PAY RETRIBUTION FOR THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES. *

 

Hobbies Discount has had my order since December 12th and as of todaY I have not received my order.  I have corresponded with them thru emails and facebook messages as they recommended. I finally received an email from a ChrisOliver [?] and told me to be patient and wait another 2-3 weeks before contacting him again.  This is the worst, deceitful company. It seems they take your money -twice in my case- and have no intention of shipping product.  There is NO customer service and the tracking information is useless as all it is a recap of the purchase.  This company needs to be shut down and its priniciples made to pay retribution from jail!!
