On December 29, 2016 I had ordered a pair of lightsabers that they had for sale for $39.95, and in their description had said that they were inspired by the Star Wars movie replicas. I had placed the order, and received an email stating that they received my payment, and a couple hours later received an email that the item has been shipped. Four weeks later on January 28th, I received the item in the mail. When I had open the package, Not only was the item damaged, but they were not exactly what they had described in their description of the product. Furious and upset I had sent them an email describing the damage, and also had taken pictures that were sent along with this email, and asked them if I could please get a refund and would send the item back. I have gotten an email from Chris who said that they would send the pictures off to their manufacturer and it will take 3 to 5 business days for a response. That was on January 29th. I had emailed them again on February 7th, and no response. I had emailed them again on February 13th, and no response. I feel like I have been taken advantage of, and this is highly unprofessional of them to not respond to any of their customers emails. If I could get help in getting my refund back, that would be great.
