Complaint Review: Hobbies Discount

 I purchased two swimming sharks. Hobbies Discount as advertised on Facebook for $39.95 and free shipping. I received an order confirmation. I then received an order confirmation email which stated it would be shipped in 2-3 weeks and to: "Please allow for this timeframe before emailing us back." We're now 5 weeks past date, I immediately emailed them after week 3. No response. I messaged them on FB. No response. I emailed and messaged them again.

I received a response from Chris Oliver, email hobbiesdiscount@gmail.com with the message

" Hi Jess'e, Good day! It is truly important to us that our customers receive their orders on time however; we were informed few days ago that there were some changes in the custom policies affecting overseas packages to arrive late. With that, we humbly ask you to give the carrier 30 days for the arrival of your package. I know 30 days is too long but our marketing department is doing its best in negotiating to the custom office to expedite your order. One of our representatives is tracking your order to assure that you will receive your package the soonest time possible. I highly appreciate your patience and understanding. Sincerely, Chris Hobbies Discount"

Still no refund our response to that email. I've disputed my CC charge.
