 I placed an order online 11/6 for 2 umbrellas. According to website, orders take 3-4 weeks. I finally received one item on 12/15 with no indication if the 2nd item was enroute or what. I emailed Hobbies Discount for a status on the 2nd item. 3 days later, no response so I emailed again. 3 days later I messaged the company via Facebook and NO response. There is no phone number and no address for this company. The company does not provide tracking numbers and the "order status" info on the website is useless, considering it still shows my order is "processing", (not partial shipment, etc), yet I've already received an item. I've requested a refund via my emails, with no response.
