I tried to purchase a mastiff puppy .I made the purchase and was given a call from shipping co and paid for shipping,given arrival time. then was texted at 4am that the dog was held in quarrenteen for life insurance purposes and needed to pay 1410.00 $ for me to get the dog per Iowa laws.called airport and was told there was no dog there.needless to say I didn't pay anything more .and was called by aircargo animal services and told I Would be prosecuted for animal cruelty if I didnt pay .and no puppy for my grandaughter.
