We ordered a scale model set at this company to give as a christmas present. After writing to them that the shipment (as seen on the website) was not send out yet, they promised us it would be send.

Once more they asked for the shipping address, which we gave. The shipment was send out, that is what these people claimed. Our credit card was charged, but no goods.

We wrote, and they told us they would track it with the insurance and we could contact them again end of January. No shipment, so we contacted them. Then they said they would refund us.

We got already two credit card statements, no refund on there. As we wrote again to these people, as told them we would report them, the answer was if you threaten us, stop mailing us. Simple, no goods, money gone !
