Hobbytron I ordered 2rc cars for my grandkids for xmas on dec 2 and they still do not have them and I cant get the manager mr hart to call me back they tell me its STUCK at the post office, its still in customs, and we havent even sent them out Santa clarita California
i also am being ripped off by hobbytron . After ordering 2 rc cars for my grandkids in germany on dec 2 they still dont know what happened to them. They said they were sent out dec 10. But now they are stuck in the post office, or customs still have them, or we havent even sent them out. And of course mr hart the manager wont call me back. I just want my money back now. I did file a report with BBB. And the sad thing is now my grandkids wont be getting their xmas presents from us. Makes me sick.
