Hobbytron Immediately hit credit card but never shiped order San Fernando California

My three sons' pooled their yard-mowing money to buy air-soft toys. I placed the order for them and Hobbytron immediately hit my credit card, without any warning about late shipments, backorders or out-of-stock merchandise. I phoned three times, only to hear, it would "ship in a couple of days." The fourth call netted a "two items on backorder but should clear customs tomorrow and ship the next day" (where did THAT come from?) My kids checked for a UPS package every day for a month and kept constant tabs online with our order confirmation number. Today, our order confirmation number began to access somebody else's order and they no longer answer the phone, so I filed a credit card dispute and will notify the Attorney General of California as well as the Better Business Bureau.

My first buying experience with them (2 years ago?) was fine. I'll never order there again.
