Hoby Ferrell of Tulsa, Oklahoma is a crook and a con man. He uses his position as a real estate agent to steal the money of his clients. One of the tactics he employs to rob his victims is his use of shell companies. He tells his clients that their property is in need of repairs, then points them to one of his many shell companies that overcharges them for shotty, sub-standard work. He runs this network of shell companies under the name "Building Products International LLC", and never discloses this blatant conflict of interest to his clients. A quick search on him turns up multiple lawsuits against him for a whole range of issues. This guy is the scum of the earth and should be avoided at all costs. Its amazing he isn't already in jail.

I have been active in the Tulsa real estate market for the last 25 years. I am a licences real estate broker and I have been invloved with historic restoration , custom products and construction. I have one local and national awards including the the Tulsa Mayor's top award to historic restoration.
I have never stolen money from any client and have never had a single complaint in 25 years made against me as a real estate broker and realtor--let alone been found gulity of any wrong doing.
In that 25 year period, I have never had a single law suite or even threat of law suite concerning any of my hundreds of transactions or projects for bad workmanship or "shoddy" work- not one and any assertion otherwise is a slanderous lie. My reputatiion is excellent for treating people and clients the correct and honorable way.
This "rip off" report concerns one client--Mrs. Karen Nelson who lives at (((REDACTED))) in Tulsa. Five years ago, Architectiural Market, a company, Architectural Market of which I was a minority owner in, sold Mrs. Nelson a custom iron door from Loyal Iron USA and I was the direct contact and salesman.
The iron door had a three year manufacturers warranty on the paint finish. Nearly five years after the door was sold to Mrs. Nelson, she contacted me directly because Architectural Market was no longer in business. She directly insisted that I personally take responsibility for the painting or replacing the door. I told he that the warranty on the door was through the manufacturer and had long lasped. I contacted Loyal Iron and they declined the issues on the door because it was of course--out of warranty.
I tried to explain to Mrs. Nelson that I could not personally guarantee the door for obvious reasons--but she told me she would try to ruin me if I didnt- But I would not be bullied or intimidated by her. As a Olive branch, I sent my carpenter-- Mr. Jerry Shileds (918-520-6121) at my expense to do whatever "Handyman" needs she had at her home--she gladly accepted my generosity but still was compelled to file this one-sided, incomplete and slanderous report and of course did so in anoynimity.
