On the date of 04/05/2019 we purchased a car vin:  1FA6P8TH3J5102120

2018 FORD MUSTANG  from this dealership and we was told that we suppose to do our own registration in our state, we living in border between Oregon and California , in the city of Ashland. THE DEALERSHIP DIDN'T COLLECTED ANY FEES such as registration, tags or title work--- that really made us to understand that we fully responsible for our own registration.

We didn’t finance the car we paid a cash, however we did not received any temporary tag or any registration at the time we purchased, we only received unregistered car however Johnny Martinez Sales Manager was telling us that they gonna send us the title, and then we should take care of our own registration in our state, days passed, however title didn’t arrived, we called to dealership multiple times there was different scenarios given such us:

“We already sent title to you, we overnighted to you, or we must to register it for you in Oregon, that was sent yesterday or it was sent but came back and we will send you again” --nothing was a truth all empty promises.

Also the John E. Halvorsen General Manager was telling us that he will send title to us directly but lately he said they must to register the car for us, however is not even possible because the registration fees never was collected. Also Johnny Martinez Sales Manager was giving multiple scenarios and lies, but before that he said that all entire dealership didn’t knew how to operate the business , but now he is taking care of sales and the work will be done smoth. He said there was bad manager before him.





His method of communication was very fishy and uncertain.

Johnny Martinez Sales Manager was referring us to several people such us Donna Brown and Michelle Spears , however those ladies couldn't help at all.

In additional after i mentioned the problem and they realized ,the manager John E. Halvorsen was telling me that he's never will send a title to us.

 Also John E. Halvorsen WAS SAYING COME AND SEE ME IN THE COURT.

After many unsuccessful attempt of contacting DEALERSHIP multiple times, WE are on the date of May 2 ,2019 was able to reach out the Georgia Motor Vehicle Dept there we was told that the older title never was issued out/never was printed out because 47TAG form never was submitted by HODGES FORD, they simply never issued the paper title from year ago!!! ,from the date of 05/04/2018 ,bassically Title #773075180442963 never was produced and printed .

So same thing we was told on monday at GIADA. Basically the several errors was done at the transaction, neither state won’t produce title for us because first title was incomplete , only yesterday we understood why HODGES FORD trying to register car for us, they trying to skip a missing link aka first missing title.

In this point of time my wife is crying everyday and we have to stop this lies.
