BEWARE OF SELLING YOUR HOUSEHOLD COLECTIBLES AT HOGAN AUCTION HOUSE. AVOID THEM IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU! I trusted these crooks to consign my items at Hogan Auction. Linda misrepresented the commission rate which turned out to be 50%, not 35%. She has a pile of papers for an office file and some old deaf guy answering the phone. I've never saw Joe Hogan the supposed auctioneer. She claimed I would get 40-50 for my dresser and it went for only $10. I got 5 measly dollars for the trouble. I am still waiting for my check for the other items. She said they were mixed with another account and never got backed to me. It's now been a year.

Hi I am the office manager to Hogan auctioneering and not only is the information old 2003 and we are in 2007 there is more to the anger i need to express. "the deaf guy" is our Senior Hogan and for his age he does very good. I do not agree with the comment that was made and believe it to be uncalled for.
As for our office work for the last year I have been employed by Hogan Auctioneering and we have have little no no mistakes with consignments. We try our best to make our buyers and consignors happy. We have been in business for 14+ yrs. I stand by the Hogans as if they are family and do not agree in any way with the negative response for one person when we have completed over 700 auctions in our time.
