Complaint Review: Holbrooke Sanitation

Holebrooke provides residential garbage pickup. We were happy customers until it came time to cancel our service. Payment is made for an entire quarter. We used their service for the first week of the quarter, then canceled the service. They were unwilling to refund a single dime of the rest of our quarterly service costs. Repeated inquiries to their office went unanswered. Some employees were rude and hung up on our calls. Their cancellation policy is not disclosed.

Please be aware of this when doing business with Holbrooke.
