Holiday autos car rental Holiday cars They charged for a car rental that never was rented
I booked a car in Mexico International Airport via Holiday Autos web page, the car rental company selected was Budget at its office in Mexico Airport. Holiday Autos charged me around u$s 180. When I arrived to Budget Office at Mexico Airport, the guy at the counter tried to sell me a liability extension insurance (the car already had a liability insurance) to the cost of u$s 475 for the whole rental period. I refused it.
He told me he can not be rented without that extension, so I declined the rental. Then, I filled a complain to Holiday about it, send some documentation they asked, and until today I did not receive any answer to my complain neither the money back.
