Complaint Review: Holiday Connections Hasbrouck Heights NJ 07604

In August 2000 I saw a billboard promising great and cheap vacation packages. My curiosity was aroused and I went to their offices to see what they were offering. I spoke to a very nice, charming young man who explained to me all the great things I could have if I joined their "travel club"

As I remember, the office was very large, filled with staff and what, in retrospect I have to say, were clients either just leaving or waiting to see someone. There were pictures all over the palce of people on vacation looking like they were having a great time. These were their satisfied customers. After a few minutes with the salesman, he convinced me to become a part of this and offered me a reduced rate, so he said.
I signed the forms promising to pay $3,100 and soon the monthly paymetns were coming out of my checking acct.
I was not able to take any trips right away but when I did decided to book something, lo and behold, I could not reach them. No one answered theri phone and there was noone at the location. I made this attempt several times during the course of a few years. I finally contacted the BBB in March of 2005, but have not heard from them either.
