Holiday Connections is a fraud
After dealing with Holiday Connections for months now I am finally sick and tired of them. I have been paying them $87.96 per month for my membership fees and the one time that I wanted to utilize the service for a vaction they scammed me. They do not return phone calls. When I tried to call them regarding questions that I had on going on vacation, they told me that it would take a few days to get back to me. Well it's been alot longer than that. When I tried to call them the phone was disconnected. I fax over a letter to them regarding my claim and someone finally returned my call. Well she still have not answered my questions. Each time she says that she will call me back but never do. Finally today she called to tell me that she have vacation resorts for me to select from. I told her that I was very unhappy with their agency and I asked her if I could speak with the President of the company who I know for a fact is there almost everyday. She told me that the president doesn't speak with no one. I would have to fax my complaint in. Well guess what.... No response. I'm still waiting.
