Complaint Review: Holiday Cruise

Holiday Cruise I received a sales call from my home and i thought it was bill collector from Synchrony Bank. I called back so i could take care of the matter and was redirected to Holiday Cruise Line in Florida. Fort Lauderdale Florida

The gave me a good deal for the cruise that they said was given to me except for a charge of $118. The sales person Mike Rooney when on to explain about other benefits and then redirected me to another agent who was explaining other packages to the cruise. I explained to him that i was not ready to commit to this deal. He kept on until we reached a deal of 3 monthly installments which was to good to be true. I was redirected back to Mike Rooney and he said was the one who was going to charge my credit card of $147. He get off the phone and comes back on the phone to tell me that billing charged me of the whole $586. I commented to Mike Rooney that I had been screwed and to cancelled the who trip. He gave the phone back to the other coordinator that i had spoke to and he explained to me that it was an honest mistake. I said just cancelled the whole trip. He said that the amount will be refunded back to my credit card in 24 hours or in the morning. I went to my bank and my bank said that the hold will be there until 9/9, which is a week later.
