Complaint Review: Holiday Cruise Lines

 I entered for a free cruise on Facebook. There was no mention of having to pay port taxes immediately upon being told i won the cruise. When they called me they made it all sound so good, and i expected to have to pay my way to Florida, however free is free. They told me i had to pay port taxes immediately or i could not have the cruise. This is wrong. I'm a disabled person who lives . If i have 18 months to take the cruise i should not have to pay the port tax immediately. Old and disabled. Never won anything in my life and they broke my heart. It's wrong to do this to old people.
