Holiday Fury Wouldn't grant refund Internet

 I purchased a sweater for £50/ 60 USD for Christmas. I purchased it on 10/12/2016. When it came to 21/12/16, I had no shipping confirmation and began to worry about when I would recieve the product, so I emailed the only contact available on their website. They replied with a generic, copied and pasted email saying that they apologised, and my order should arrive before Christmas. I had told them I was concerned about the length of time international shipping takes, they made no acknowledgement of this.

It came to 23/12/16, and I recognised that I wasn't going to received the product for Christmas Eve. So I emailed them asking to cancel the order and refund me, since the product would be of no use, as I wasn't going to receive it for Christmas. They responded with another copy-and-paste generic email saying that my claim had been given to a refund team and a decision would be made in 3-7 days if I could be granted a refund. It is now 29/12/16 and I have had no contact, and certainly no refund. I did some digging, and found on an entirely separate, small print section of their website their policy on refunds. They did not outline to me in the initial transaction that refunds would only be granted as store credit, and may not even be granted at all. The company is a total rip off and a scam.
