I checked into the Holiday Inn at 4628 City Lake Blvd W, Fort Worth, TX 76132 on June 12th around 9pm for a three days. That evening the heat was around 98 degrees outside. The air was not working in my room. I called front desk and asked if it could be fixed or if I could be moved to a different room. Hotel employee came to my room and worked on the air. It was working for 15 minutes and then returned to hot air. I called front desk again. Asked for different room. Was told they didn't a open room. I asked to be moved to a different hotel (few in the area). They didn't move me but told me I could leave and check in to the other hotel (as they had available room). So, I checked into the other hotel for the three days. At the end of the week I received a hotel bill for $305.66 for all three nights. I called the hotel, they told me the manager would correct the billing. A week passed and I didn't find a credit on my credit card. I called back, was told the manager was issuing a credit $305.66. End of July I still didn't get a credit. I called back again and was told I would receive credit. Its now August and I still don't have my credit.
