Holiday Inn Orange Lake Resort Kissimmee Not honest Kissimmee Florida
Our friends have owned and used a timeshare here for 22 years but, due to ill health, they decided to give it to us and we would assume all benefits while taking over annual maintenance payments. The process of transferring deed is complete but when we inquired about our (assumed) Enhanced Program points - we were told those were not transferable and, unless we paid $7000 for our own enhanced points program, we had only one fixed week per year.
At no time were the previous owners told this was not a transferable benefit & it is not in original paperwork! Had we known, our friends would have retained ownership and we have paid maintenance fees for use. Now we have to pay fees on a property we'll never use!! RIPOFF!!!!!

Timeshare Properties = Bad Purchase

There are good timeshare properties out there. However, most of them have a waiting list of qualified buyers to purchase when the owners decide to sell.....If it’s being heavily promoted, pushed or tarted up to look good, assume its trash and don't waste your time. If you want a good time share, you will still have to pay for it but go through legitimate channels..
