Holiday Inn Roberts Center Wilmington, Oh overcharged Wilmington Ohio
I made a reservation 2 months in advance for the Valentines day car show. Was told the room would be $149 for the car show. The rate was supposed to be discounted for being apart of the car show.
When we checked in they said it was a $166. After we mentioned we were with the car show they told us it would be $110. When we got home and checked our credit card account, we had been charged $188.
After checking with some of our friends, we found out that everyone had been charged a different rate. We had a one bed and no pets. They had a pet and was charged less($35 charge for pets).
