Holiday Management Group failed to issue refund to credit card when I canceled package - ripped off and scammed ,consumer fraud ripoff Longwood Florida

I signed up for Holiday Management Group's time-share visit vacation package, but was unable to go and requested a refund following the directions given to me over the phone. I was told I would receive a credit on my card within 4 -6 weeks.

When no credit was issued, I called the company and spoke with Doug Aaron and was told a credit would be issued within 3 - 6 weeks. I explained that it has been more than 6 weeks, could he please check his records. He told me there was nothing to check, that is would happen automatically. He never even asked my name to check anything.

I asked to speak to the owner. He told me he was in charge. I asked what his title was. He told me he was in charge. It became quite clear to me that they have no intention of refunding my money.

I called my credit card company and was able to dispute only the most recent charges because the other charge was past 60 days. I have not been able to speak to anyone else at HMG and am now searching out each and every option I have at this point.
