We were promised a flight. We selected dates as advised. Sixty days before our dates we'd be told the dates were unavailable. This has been going on since July, 2009! We were finally told our dates for Feb. 6th, 2012 have been confirmed. This is Feb. 1st 2012 and we keep being promised confirmation and flight information will be sent. No matter when we call, for the last two months, that confirmation will be sent within a week. We don't know if we should pack, have the mail held, make hotel reservations...
