On March 28, 2008, we hired Marty Pecorino to fix our tv. He drove from our house in Palm Harbor to my work in Largo because he requested payment upfront to order the part, $442.52. Each time Marty would return to our house, he would have another reason as to why he could not fix the tv. He would tell you he would be back in a few days and it would be weeks before we would hear from him or able to get in touch with him. On June 4, 2008, he finally admitted that he could not fix our tv. He agreed to give us a pro-rated refund in two weeks. We are also unable to get in touch with him. He does not return phone calls. If you call from an unfamiliar number, he sometimes answers the phone. The last time I was able to contact him, approximately July 2, he told me I would receive our refund the next week. We have had to purchase another tv and would like our refund.
