Holiday World wheres my other 2 feet SHORT
When we went this RV dealer we were very specific that we wanted a motorhome at least 36" feet of more. There was a specific model a Cruise Air III that we were very interested in and questioned at it's specific length. Now this one is also 36' and were told "Yes". All related paperwork as well as the information given to our bank all list this as a 36 foot RV. The fact is that this is a 34' RV verified with the model number by the manufacturer and a tape measure. The reason that this inflames me so much is that when I called Holiday World the sales person just plainly stated well mistakes happen so I asked to speak to the owner and was told "What do you expect us to do about it"
Well I don't know what they expected me to do about it but I simply want anyone that thinks like we did, that this is a good place to buy their next RV. Think about the honesty of the establishment and how they treat someone that they obiously misled on what they were purchasing.
I know now I should have had a tape measure in hand, but I never expected a salesperson to streach the truth 2 feet and later treat me as though it was my fault that this was done. And wish to take not responsibility for a so called mistake.

The only motorhome in our records that fits this description was sold in 2002 to someone with a name other than "Eddie". Every piece of paper relating to this particular sale states a length of 34", including the purchase agreement signed by the customer.
Our owner has no recollection of being contacted by this customer on this matter. We would never intentionally mislead a customer, and would like more information such as the customer's full name or the vin number of the motorhome so we can do more research on this matter.
We are available to talk to any customer at anytime about any issues that may occur.
