HollyHardwick.com Holly Hardwick Online Scam Store Sainit Louis MO
On 8/8/19 I ordered 4 crown cases from an online store by the name HollyHardwick.com in the amount of $461 however I realized that they charge my bank account in the amount of $476. A week later, I received my order however the crown cases are smaller than my previous order from them back in July 2019.
According to their website, the inside measurements are 9.5 inches width and 6.7 inches height however the case I received has measurements of 9 inches width and 5.5 inches height. I called and spoke to Holly herself on 8/15/19 at 10AM PCT and explained to her.
Not only she was rude to me, she also accusing that I’m lying to her even though I send her videos and pictures of the case measurement. She said she will exchange the cases for me if I’m willing to pay my own return label plus 25% restocking fees plus any extra charges if the case were scratch or damage plus $10 extra per case plus shipping fees.
I feel like this company try to scam my money by purposely send the wrong cases so I can pay more on top of the cost of these 4 cases therefore I told her that I want to return. Holly told me these case are not returnable. After fighting back and forth with her, she finally agreed with the return process. Below are my USPS Tracking Numbers:

According to the tracking information, Holly already received her merchandise however she refused to refund my money. This company is a scam and I do not recommend anyone to make any purchase from them. I’m filling a complaint with the hope that no one will fall into my footstep.
