I ordered a Santa Suit for my son for Halloween. I tried numerous times to call the company (their voice mailbox was always full), I emailed them asking for status on the costume. Never received a reply. My son has his Fall Harvest at school friday night and we have no costume. Very disappointed in this company. I understand they are busy this time of year, either hire more help to answer the phone/emails or tell people they are not able to fulfill the order so we are not left hanging.
