Complaint Review: Hollywood Costumes Mfr.

My wife ordered a Predator Mask for my son on 10/1/04 and we received the confirmation email. We have tried to contact them by email numerous times but we have gotten no response and Halloween is just around the corner. I have tried calling them on the number listed above as well as the Order number listed on their website (954) 941-4547, but all I get is a busy signal or it will ring forever and then it seems like machine picks up but it only makes a strange tone, it does not even have a message.

We have gotten no response at all from the company. We are very disappointed and we will have to try to get a costume somewhere else.
