Complaint Review: Hollywood Costumes

I placed an order with this company on 10/7 and received an email confirmation the same day. I ordered 3 costumes totaling 108.27 and was charged on my debit card on 10/11 for 70.00. I emailed several times to see why I wasn't charged the full amount and if there was a problem. No response to my email and the phone numbers are all busy or the answering machine is full. I am so upset about the costumes for my kids and will pursue this if i am not contacted by them soon.
