Complaint Review: Hollywood exoticwear The Clubwear Store

I oredered a shirt on june 20 2012 for 26.95 and paid the extra 13.25 to have it shipped for an event. They debited my account on june 25th and I never received my shirt. I called both phone numbers on the website and spoke with a man who assured me my account would be credited due to the shirt being out of stock and that they could not get anymore. He asked if I wanted something else and I said no just credit my account. After week no credit so I called two more times spoke with him and waited for the credit with no response. I emailed the site twice with no response and now when I call I get a message saying the party you are trying to call is on the phone please leave a message again with no response. I have since contacted my bank filed a dispute and my local police department and filed a police report and a lawyer in california.  Will update when I get further in my law action against him. I do believe his name is Ben Salem.
