Complaint Review: Hollywood Kia

Hollywood Kia 2 wks ago my daughter and I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from these people . 2 days later we can them to ask to switch out the car because we realized it had mechanical issues, they refused to do that.  Hollywood Florida

there answer was no just bring in the car and they will repair it since last week we had nothing but problems, grief and total disrespect from these people. They want us to pay for repairs from having the car for less than 2 weeks. 

my daughter and I purchased a 2014 Toyota Camry from Hollywood Kia. When I test drove the car I pointed out to the salesman that the car was making an awful sound he claims that its the tires. We drove the car home on Wednesday and parked it when we drove it on Friday and realized that the problem was not tires, we contact the dealership and explained the situation and ask to swap out the car they refused and said that we bought a used car and was very rude to us. There solution was to trade in the car and lose money from our $2000 down payment or bring the car in and they Will repair the problem now they asking us to Pay out of pocket for tires, alignment etc. And on top of that we are being ridicule by their staff whom are very rude from the receptionist all the way up to management. They had the car for 3 days now and meanwhile I am paying for a rental car out of pocket and I am a hard working single parent working a minimum wage job.
