Hollywood Paws Using Credits that don't Belong to Them Los Angeles California

While the class action lawsuit filed against Hollywood Paws may have been dismissed, some of their business practices still remain questionable. It appears that they have had nothing to do with some of the credits listed on their website.

In our case, they actually went a step beyond. As the owner of a professional animal training company I was tipped off that Hollywood Paws was claiming credit for having trained the dog in the movie "I Am Legend". They had created a marketing video that looked like an interview leading the watcher to assume they did the movie.

Nothing could be further from the truth. Hollywood Paws had absolutely nothing to do with training any dogs in connection with that movie (except maybe in their wildest dreams). Steve Berens, of Steve Berens' Animals of Distinction, Inc. trained the dogs in "I Am Legend" along with the help of another good trainer.

Once Warner Bros. was alerted they immediately made them remove the video from their website and from where they posted it on youtube. While this video just suggested that they did the movie, they actually still have it posted on one of their other marketing videos that the dogs from "I Am Legend" were trained by the trainers at Hollywood Paws.

Now why would a company take credit for work they didn't do? Is it dishonest? You be the judge. My final words to anyone considering paying this company a large sum of money because they think they are qualified to fulfill their dreams - Buyer Beware! Where there is smoke there is fire.

Hollywoodpaws has never had a
class action suit. Hollywoodpaws did have what amounted to no more than a small
claims action.  Hollywoodpaws won this suit, and it was not dismissed as
alleged by Tina. Honorable Judge Bryant Deason ruled that all
allegations (like this posting) were baseless and false. Deason noted that
Hollywoodpaws "performed their obligations."   She added that any testimony to the
contrary was unbelievable. The evidence showed that Hollywoodpaws is a
legitimate growing Green business in the entertainment industry. The Judge
stated that all students appeared on TV, Film or had auditions. The judge
awarded all expenses to be reimbursed by the plaintiffs.  Hollywoodpaws
will aggressively protect its trademark and reputation from false postings like
this one. Visit here for more information: (((Redacted)))

Hollywoodpaws never produced
an I am Legend marketing video. TV Guide featured Hollywoodpaws in an
editorial on E the Big Show giving a demonstration of how animal acting
was performed in I am Legend. This appeared on national TV
and Warner never requested its removal. Steve Berens' Animals of
Distinction may have trained the dog, but Hollywoodpaws was selected for this
promotion. Steve probably refused to do this promotion and therefore contacted
the foremost authority in training Hollywoodpaws. Watch editorial now and you
decide: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zf_LMo1cVR0

A division of Warner is
currently shooting a treatment for a 12-show episode featuring Hollywoodpaws,
it's staff and students while working on TV and feature films. Watch for it
on national TV, as the world will love the Hollywoodpaws story.

This posting from a malicious
competitor (Tina) is nothing more than a smear campaign and contains all
false allegations and demonstrates fear of competition from a new green
company. Hollywoodpaws advocates using animals that live in a domestic home,
and the entertainment industry has embraced this new green approach.
There is no need to use kenneled animals, and Hollywoodpaws will continue
with this noble and honorable mission statement.

The general public is invited to attend daily
animal acting demonstrations at Hollywoodpaws and a tour of Los Angeles Center
Studio. Tina is also invited to audit classes and meet with our top trainers
and animal actors so she can get her tail wagging in the right direction.
Please call for a security pass in advance, and Tina you will need to tell us
your last name.
