Complaint Review: Hollywood Studios Costumes

I ordered my costume on September 19th. No one responses to my emails and the phone lines are busy 24 hours a day. When you do get through, It's a recording that says to email customer service for all inquires. Then it says voice mail is full.

I paid $70.00 for a Legolas Lord of the Rings costume for my son. I paid with a money order. Now I have no costume and It is Halloween. What is up with this company? Buyer beware!!!

I received no emails telling me that my costume was shipped. I paid alot of money for the costume and I work hard for it too. I want a refund, but I can not get anyone on the phone or replies with emails
