Complaint Review: Hollywood Tans

My daughter purchased the minimum level, 3 month package at the Brodheadsville,PA location. I was with her and paid for the package. There was no discussion of having to buy lotions (Hollywood Tans lotions especially) at that time. She tanned and we left. Every single time she has been back, they have harassed her to buy lotions--I was not with her. I went in there and asked them to stop asking her and let her tan--she is not buying anything else. Today, they had her sign something (with out me there--she is a minor) and would not let her tan unless she bought lotion. Joey told her to come back later on when she had the money and also tried to talk her into upgrading her package. This is not only unprofessional but we have not gotten what we paid for. I am trying to either get our money back or have them leave her alone. This was a huge learning experience---my advice to you: Try Paradise or Glow tanning salons! We never had any problems like this with any of them in the past. We tried Hollywood because it was new and boy did we make a mistake. I just want to get it over with---It's a big sales gimmick. We don't need this in Brodheadsville!!!
