Complaint Review: Hollywood Video Store

My son got a video game to play on his birthday. He thought he had returned it back to Hollywood Video but a month later we get a computer phone message saying we have an overdue game. He called the store and they said they didn't have it. We looked around the house and couldn't find it so I called the manager and he said he would wave the late fee's if we would replace the game so my son went and bought the game next door at the used video store connected with Hollywood video for 14.95 plus tax. he brought the game over and gave it to Hollywood. They have now turned him over to their collection agency for 100.00 in fees because they said they lost revenie when the game wasn't returned. The manager will not be resonable about this and we won't rent from then any more. they want to charge him 100.00 even though we bought the game for 14.95 and replaced it. Don't ever rent from Hollywood video. They are a rip off...
