Complaint Review: Holman Moteors

We bought our Voltage RV (5th wheel) from Holman RV. Form the moment we signed the papers it has been all downhill. The salesman took us to show us the RV's features after signing, and promptly left us when he found two prospective clients in the lot. After taking it home, we found some problems. The RV was returned to them mid February 2013 where it stayed for 7 weeks to have everything  fixed. When we got it back, nothing was fixed except the main blind. The generator has done 11 hours and wont run for more than a minute. The main slide has a very bad leak that soaks the sofa and everything stored below it. Trim fell off, (no big deal but might have been fixed better) The carpet had a large tear in it that someone stuck together with glue. Some of the windows would not open. Nothing was fixed. Infact, we got the RV back in worse shape than it was in when we gave it to them. The kitchen floor was covered in large muddy footprints and wood shavings. The faucet had mud on it and was bent, and no longer worked. We had to replace it ourselves as we could not live without a kitchen faucet. The lights no longer work properly. So Holman, What exactly did you do to our RV? You fixed a blind, made the floors filthy, broke the faucet and lights and managed to repair NOTHING!

I called them this morning and was left hanging on by one of the service guys who was transferring me to a manager. He had hung up. I called him back and he said he would pass this on to a manager. Another outstanding performance by Holman RV! (I won't hold my breathe!) Don't waste your time and money with these people. Once they have your hard earned cash, they don't give a d**n!
