Two months ago i purchased 2 rings for just the shipping and handling charges of $6.98 3weeks later i received the rings and informed the company that i did not want anything else went to me nor brochures. That is all i wanted and left it at that on June 15th out of the blue my account was charged $56.98 within two weeks i was chargd this amount 4 times!!! My account was overdrawn due to their mistakes and comment when i called them saying that i purchased a set of earrings! Where they got this idea i have no clue!!! i sugget anyone using this company for any purchase should stop and look at the ripoff website that i have just now learned about! After speaking with a manager from holster jewelers they assured me i would have all of my money bak into my account within 3 business days! If this does not happen they will b reported and i will hire a lawyer this shoule be a respected and honest company which i have learned is not! After talkn with my bank i now have to cancel my card after i get my money credited back from this company and order a new card with new account number! Which will take 5-10 business days so not only has this company messed with my money, put me n a binde and stole from me now i have to wait to use any money that i currently have in my account until i get a new card! So please all customers that is suggesting to order from this company be prepared for what u r getting yourselves into!! Thank u for the time u have spent to read this and hope everyone understands how easy it is to get RIPDOFF!!
