Holsted Jewelers Promised to not charge on returned (and not solicited or ordered items) and charged my credit card anyway. Westland, Michigan
Received an offer in the mail along with a ring to preview their jewelry at not obligation or risk. Received item, returned it immediately and phoned company. Was informed they would credit my card which they did, but sent another item unsolicited and charged my card. The phone number on their documentation no longer works and there is no way to get back in touch with them and no address for returning this second item. I notified the credit card company and will file a report with them. This is strictly a sleazy and dishonest operation which is ripping off many unsuspecting folk!
