I ordered some Tony Stewart bedding from Decorate Your Bed on June 16. 2 - comforters, 2-sheets sets and 2 valances. (My son has bunk beds)

I received and e-mail on June 25 saying that the sheet set was going to be on back order and it would come in the week of 7-7. I received the comforters and the valances on July 2. I started e-mailing towards the end of that week to see if the expected date for the sheets was still 7-7. I never got a reponse. On 7-11 I tried to call this number 1-866-440-4029. The recording said the mail box was full.

On Monday 7-14, after more messages left via e-mail for them to contact me over the weekend, I called this number 1-440-934-1751. I did get a recording with the hours of operation and the chance to leave a message. I have left about 4 messages on the recorder since then. I have decided I am not interested in the sheets anymore and would like to be credited back to my card. The two sheet sets were $29.99 a piece. I received my discover card statement two weeks ago with the charge for the total amount on there.

This is what makes me so angry. If the order is to be backordered, why not wait and charge the customer once it is shipped out? I have contacted my credited card and filed a dispute with them. I would like for you to know of this company, so others will be aware of their practices.

All it took was for them to contact me, but they chose to bounce my e-mail message back to me yesterday.

I still never heard from this company

I never heard back from this company. I turned all my information over to my Discover card representative who in turn reversed my charges and said they would get to the bottom of this. I don't know if they ever found out anything, but I do Thank Discover card for standing behind their customers!!!! I have learned a valuable lesson through all of this, I will be very cautious in what companies I do business with through the internet. Also Thank you Angela for your comment. Glad to know I was not singled out by this company.

We must have been browsing the internet at the same time searching for Nascar bedding. My story is so similar to yours, and for whatever reason it only shows up when you do an advanced search, but I filed a claim with the Cleveland Better Business Bureau and when I emailed decorateyourbed.com to notify them of this I was promptly sent a check for my refund. I wish you the best of luck in your efforts.
