Home Advisor Selling Bad Services Golden Colorado
Company does hard phone sales and makes false promises. Upon getting you to sign up and give your credit card it will go down hill from there. We were promised that we could cancel at any time if not happy with services.
We requested a contract which they promised to send, only to find out you actually have to go to the website for agreement. We sent an email cancelling our contract so everything had a paper trail.
We recieved a call back verifying reciept of cancellation and I was told I would be getting a call back from the account manager. I was unavailable when the first call back was made. I called back a while later and left message. I preceeded to call and email numerous times with no reply.
This company continued to make withdrawels from our credit card after services was cancelled. They convinced the owner to set a spending target of $1,000.00 to be collected by Home Advisor in the promise of multiple jobs thru the leads they provide.
Our contacts being Kelee Steineger & Jennifer McCoy were not helpful, once they have your money you dont matter. Not only do you pay upfront, but if by chance you get a job from the lead you also have another fee to pay for each job.
This is nothing but a money making scam
