If you need a lawyer, I believe they say the lawyer is someone named Fred Freedman, good luck to you. While he does exist, he is non-existant. The retainer says if they can't get you a modification you get your money back. Well, I didn't get a modification and wanted my money back. I was told I had to speak to Javier. After many calls I finally got to speak to him. He gave me this big bs story about not having control over the banks processor and on and on. I'm still waiting for my refund. This company advertises on the radio, BEWARE they are in the business of scamming people.
