Promises were made to help my situation. Lower my house payment, or get into a repayment plan only to take my money and run. I have tried every way possible to contact Home Assure only to have my calls ignored, letters and emails. I feel like a chump because I trusted them to help me in my situation. Now I have lost my money and nearly lost my home.
